To be a healthy person you need to eat healthy food and go for a run 3 times a week and so you can be fit.you should drink a lot of water The things you need to eat are fruits and veggies and have a healthy routine and don’t eat junk food.don’t speed time on your device you have to speed time on getting fit another way to be healthy is by is to go to the gym and work out.

term 2 reflection
snorkelling
In term 2 we went snorkelling at Matheson bay. When we got there we had to do two activities. One of the activities was snorkelling and the temperature of the water and looking at the creatures in the water. When we arrived I had to go to look at the temperature of the water and looking at the creatures in the water.After that we went to snorkelling and got in to 10 groups and then we put on our gear and went snorkelling when we were in the water we saw a lot of fishes.
Fiafia
In term 2 there was Fiafia and I was in cook island group and when it was time for fiafia we had to come back to school at 4:30.When I arrived we had to get charge into our clothes and head to te kapua which is the new building. We got into our group and sat down on the mat and waited until it was our turn.
