 To be a healthy person you need to eat healthy food and go for a run 3 times a week and so you can be fit.you should drink a lot of water The things you need to eat are fruits and veggies and have a healthy routine and don’t eat junk food.don’t speed time on your device you have to speed time on getting fit another way to be healthy is by is to go to the gym and work out.

term 2 reflection

                     snorkelling 

In term 2 we went snorkelling at Matheson bay. When we got there we had to do two activities. One of the activities was snorkelling and the temperature of the water and looking at the creatures in the water. When we arrived I had to go to look at the temperature of the water and looking at the creatures in the water.After that we went to snorkelling and got in to 10 groups and then we put on our gear and went snorkelling when we were in the water we saw a lot of fishes.

  

                               Fiafia 

In term 2 there was Fiafia and I was in cook island group and when it was time for fiafia we had to come back to school at 4:30.When I arrived we had to get charge into our clothes and head to te kapua which is the new  building. We got into our group and sat down on the mat and waited until it was our  turn.

what we did at the pool's

last week Friday we went to the pools and we learned about how to snorkel.When we got there we and to get change into our togs and get in to two pears. After that we got our masks and our snorkel and our fin's for our feet.Then we got in the pool and put on the fin's then we had to hold our masks in front so the people that was teaching us can put toothpaste on our masks so they can defog.Then we got in a line and me and my partner got a pool noddle and then we got to snorkel to the other side of the pool. The next's time they took the pool noddle of and we had to swim to the other side of the pool with no pool noodle.

what I did yesterday

yesterday morning we had literacy and we had to go to a different class room and I am in room 5 for literacy. At literacy we did a challenge miss put on something on the tv and it was a picture of the Denny's logo and a rule and a wall paper of the NSW. After that we went back to our home class when we got back to our home class we had our morning tea after our morning tea we did some maths on a work sheet we had to solve it. After that our maths time it was lunch time so we ate the free lunch that we got from the government

after lunch time we had to sit down on the big space in our block. We had to pray for our teacher and her family because her little baby girl that had to do surgery so we sang a so that our teacher liked. After that we did the cgbersmart challenge then we said bye to our teacher and went home.

Starting your writing here… it  was the 21th of october when I woke up early morning and got out of bed and looked under the bed and I saw big boxes under my bed so I went under to the back of the wall and tried to pull it but it was too heavy. so I thought it was going to be 1,000,000$ dollars so I got back up and went to my brother's room and got him to help me to get the box. when we pulled the box out we opened it and we saw the scrays thing I ever seen in the whole world it was a dead body. Then me and my brother looked at each other and ran out of the room and told my mum and dad so we all went outside but my mum and dad. they went to my room and they saw the dead body then she rang the police and then she noted that the dead body looked like the prison in the picture in the newspaper so they got out the house.  When the police arvie my parents told them all about it and even the dead body that looked like the prison in the picture. so the police went into the room and didn't find the box then they went through every bed room, the toilet and the bathroom and they found the big box in the living room next to the tv.  They thought my parents said it was in the room next to the front door so they opened the box and saw the dead body then they went to look for the picture and found it.  it looked like the body in the box so they went back outside and  then the police said to the mum and dad I thought it was in the room next to the front door and my mum said ya it was in the room. so we all got scared but the cops got a little scared so the cops called more backup just in case there are people in the house. so we don’t get shot and killed  then they call the ambulance so my mum and dad  and my brother and sister and me got taken in the cop car to wait until they get here. When the cops and ambulance arvie the other cop told everything that he knew to them after they all went to Search the whole house. When they finished searching the bathroom,  toilet and the bedroom and the living room they checked the Basement under the house but when they were in the basement at the end they all heard the door Slam and lock. then they ran to the door and kicked the door open then they went looking for him then they all knew people were here. Then the cop hears leaves Crunch so they all start running after him when the prison was running away he trips over and then he tries to get up but he gets caught. Then he got handcuffed and went in with the other cop then he got taken  to jail then the ambulance  to take the dead body.                                                            The end
